Behind Aromatic Alchemy is Sandy Lewis-Townsend, a registered nurse of over 30 years whose lifelong connection to the healing power of nature has only deepened with time. A devoted gardener, forager, and wildcrafter, Sandy finds magic in sowing seeds, tending plants, and gathering herbs both wild and cultivated. Her love for crafting tinctures, balms, soaps, and perfumes is rooted in reverence—for nature’s wisdom, for the body’s innate intelligence, and for the small, beautiful rituals that keep us well.
