All items are handcrafted in small batches using natural materials for cosmetic and self-care purposes only. Please research ingredients before purchase and perform a patch test prior to use. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes. Keep out of reach of children and pets. Consult your healthcare professional before using any product containing herbs or essential oils if you are pregnant, nursing, or under medical supervision. Please note: As each product is handmade, natural variations in color, texture, and scent may occur. These variations do not affect product quality or performance. Our herbal and flower-infused oils are hand-strained through cheesecloth, so small specks of herbs may naturally remain in the final product - a sign of its handcrafted nature.

Return & Exchange Policy (for personal care items):

For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on personal care products such as salves, lip balms, roll-on perfumes, or bath items. These products cannot be restocked or resold once they leave our business. If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with your product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right. Your satisfaction is very important to us!

Shipping & Processing Policy: All items are handmade in small batches and processed in the order they are received. Orders are usually ready for shipment within 2-3 days. Once your package is handed to the carrier, delivery times may vary depending on your location and postal service conditions. Please note that we are not responsible for delays caused by the postal carrier, weather, or customs. You will receive tracking information once your order ships. If your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can assist you.

Buyers are responsible for reading all shop policies and product descriptions before purchase.

• Send you newsletter updates, articles, shop updates, and announcements (only if you opted in).

• Fulfill, package, and ship physical products you have purchased.

Because we manage our mailing list manually without an email marketing platform, your newsletter contact information is securely stored within our private, password-protected database. Only authorized personnel have access to this information.

For Financial Transactions: We do not collect, handle, or store your credit card details. All monetary transactions are processed securely and externally through Etsy, My Mayhem, Square, or PayPal. They only provide us with order fulfillment details and the transaction amount. Shipping data is shared strictly with delivery carriers (such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx) solely to transport your items.

4. Your Rights and Choices (Opting Out)

You have complete control over your personal data. At any time, you can:

• Unsubscribe: You can request to be removed from our mailing list by replying to unsubscribe@AromaticAlchemists.com with the word "UNSUBSCRIBE" in the subject line. We process all removal requests manually within 48 hours. (Note: You will still receive mandatory transactional receipts for shop purchases even if you unsubscribe from marketing.) 

• Access or Delete: Email us at any time to ask what information we have on file, or to request that we permanently delete your contact data.

5. Third-Party Links and Referral Platforms

Our website and newsletters contain links to external pages. This includes our online storefronts (Etsy, My Mayhem, Square) and our marketing/social media business profiles (Facebook, Pinterest, Nextdoor, Google Business). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those external networks. We encourage you to review their individual corporate privacy policies.
